Dr. Karyn Crum
Dr. Karyn Crum is a Webster Certified chiropractor specializing in the care and treatment of the perinatal population, including expecting mothers and their babies. With a patient-centered approach, she offers a wide range of treatment options tailored to support each individual’s needs. Her services include manual and instrument-assisted adjustments, as well as soft tissue therapies such as Cupping, Trigger Point Release, Dry Needling, and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization or “muscle scraping”).
With a background in Kinesiology and experience as a personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Dr. Karyn integrates customized rehabilitative exercises into her care plans. This not only helps patients recover more efficiently from lingering symptoms but also addresses movement patterns that may contribute to recurring pain or injury.
Outside the treatment room, Dr. Karyn enjoys running and powerlifting, spending time with her husband, and going on coffee dates. Whether it’s a scenic outdoor adventure or some line dancing on the weekends, she loves staying active and connecting with her community.
