He is also certified in dry needling through Structure & Function and incorporates the McKenzie Method to treat spinal conditions and promote active recovery.
His treatment approach includes:
– Manual & instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustments
– Flexion Distraction
– Soft Tissue Mobilization
– Corrective Exercise & Movement Retraining
Outside the clinic, Dr. Weston enjoys time with his wife, Megan, and their dog, Rosie. He stays active outdoors hiking, hunting, and fishing, and maintains a consistent workout routine. A lifelong athlete and loyal K-State fan, Dr. Weston serves as Head Coach of the Kansas State Fort Riley Rugby Club and still laces up his boots on occasion. In the winter, he coaches youth wrestling and officiates as a certified wrestling referee.
Dr. Weston is passionate about lifelong learning and is dedicated to helping every patient—from athletes to active families—stay strong, mobile, and pain-free doing what they love.
